Maintenance Notification (Completed)

Well, if you’ve been a follower for any length of time now, you’ve probably already heard me say this a time or two in the past, but, it’s happened again. Xeebs.com has once again outgrown it’s current hosting provider and will need to be moved again. Good or bad, it is what it is and I will attempt to get everything moved as quickly as possible.

Over the next few days, you may experience intermittent downtime when visiting either the main site, ordering pages, download pages, and/or member areas, and I do apologize for that, but it is what it is, so I need to move the site.

For those who’ve purchased any product(s) and/or service(s) within the last 72 hours, you should have received an email with temporary download links so you can still access your newly purchased item(s), excluding complete membership sites of course.

Although I will obviously do everything I can to ensure minimal downtime for everyone, customer access and membership login areas will surely experience some issues during the move, it’s unavoidable, however, rest assured, if you’re account is in good standing, you have NOT done anything wrong and you have not been penalized or anything like that. You (and ALL other customers and members) are just unable to login during the move of course.

Once the move is complete, it will also take a few extra hours to test everything thoroughly on the new servers as well, just to make certain everything continues to work as it should.

Because of the massiveness of the site, it may take a few days to complete the entire move, so please be patient and be sure to check back regularly over the next few days.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, the help desk will remain open and easily accessible by visiting https://help.xeebs.com at anytime, day or night — 24 hours a day in fact.

Emails have been sent out to all customers and members over the last 2 weeks, making you were aware of this well in advance. Please review those emails for additional information regarding this move and all possible downtimes.

All active account holders (customers and membership members), as well as those who are subscribed to any of my mailing lists, will receive one final email once everything has been moved and tested and everything is fully up and running.

I appreciate your patience while I complete the move.

Well, the final stages of testing took a lot longer than anticipated but I’m thrilled to announce that all no major issues occurred and everything is up and running once again. All membership areas, login pages and order forms are now fully functional, once again, and I have even added quite a few extra bonuses for all customers, and members alike, as my way of saying thanks for your patience and support. If you’re an existing customer/member, please check my latest email for complete details, and again, THANK YOU, very much for your patience.

Well, looks like the DNS propagation has completed for the most part. My team and I will now spend the next 24 – 48 hours testing everything out to ensure that all of the settings and configurations are correct. All order pages and member areas will remain temporarily suspended until all checks have completed. Thank you VERY much for your patience.

Looks like it will be another day or so until everything is wrapped up. I apologize for the delays, but I guess the site is a lot larger than I initially thought, LOL. Sorry folks, and again, thank you so much for your patience.

Backups of all systems have finally finished and the actual installation and setup of all systems on the new servers will begin in a few hours. This may take a day or two but feel free to check here often for additional updates and notifications.

Backups have begun and most order/download systems are temporarily suspended. If you are attempting to access products you’ve purchased and can not do so, please try again in a few hours or contact me for personal assistance.

(2) From now, until further notice, all registration systems, order systems and sign up forms will be temporarily suspended.

(1) Actual move will begin sometime after 1:00 AM EST on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.
